Easter

I love Easter. I was so excited to see Marley look for the eggs and love how excited she gets over it too. First she found her basket at our house that had a barbie, a book, gold fish crackers, bubbles, a coloring book and markers and some candy of course. Then we took Sheldon to work and hung out until we met his family for lunch. She got another basket full of stuff from Sheldon's stepmom and dad. Sheldon was able to leave work to go with us and then left work for the day about half an hour after going back after lunch. Then we went to Glen and Sherries for dinner where she got another basket from my mom and another egg hunt. Marley had so many eggs they started falling out of her basket. Then on our way home Bryce was in an accident. We were right behind him in our car, thank goodness. Noel (his girlfriend) had asked if she could ride with us since it was to cold and they were coming to hangout at our house. Since she wasn't riding with him Jenna had asked if she could since he was on the motorcycle but my mom told her no. At the first light we were at we were waiting to turn left and Bryce was in front of us and was the first car in the turning lane. After getting a green arrow to turn Bryce had double checked to make sure it was okay to go and then right as he started to go, a car ran the red light and hit him. It was the scariest thing I have ever seen but thank goodness we were right there and thank goodness Jeff was right around the corner. He had his helmet on and the only thing that was hurt most was his left leg. Its only his leg which is still really bad but it could have been way worse, especially if he wasn't wearing a helmet. So we ended up spending the rest of our night at the hospital.

Random update

Lately we haven't done anything worth taking pictures of so there aren't any pictures, sorry. We have been pretty busy since Sheldon got home. He is working at Sears again while looking for a new job and needs one fast since they are closing the location he works at. (So if you know of anywhere that is hiring please let us know) Marley has been SO busy and is obsessed with drawing lately. All day long if she isn't singing and dancing she is asking " I draw, okay mom?" LOL She is talking up a storm now to.

when she gets in trouble and I start counting if I say 1 then she goes "2, 3. 7, 9" Its funny but kind of frustrating at the same time.

She says "I go to work now, bye love you" about a million times a day as well.

Well we have some fun things coming up so I will do my best to take some pictures and post since its been a while. :)

Sheldon is finally home. Marley was so excited. She kept running around me saying "my daddy is home, my daddy is home."

Update

Recently I stopped working at the school so I could stay home with Marley and babysit. I have been watching a little boy we know and sometimes watch Oakley as well. It has been so nice being home with Marley.

On the days when I only have one of the boys I take the kids to the aquarium. They recently got Otters and Marley LOVES them. We have been twice already this week. She also LOVES the penguins. Next time we go I will have to make sure I get some pictures.

Well other then that the only other big thing happening for us is Sheldon will be home Feb. 16th, YAY! Since that is a Thursday we decided that since our anniversary is the following week we are going to have a little get a way for a night or two that Friday and Saturday. It wont be very far but it will be nice to have some alone time with him since he has been gone for so long. :)

SURPRISE!

About a week ago my mother in law had asked if I could hangout at their house with their dogs while they go to a work party. They said Sheldon's sister would be working and they didn't dare leave the animals alone that long. So I agreed. So about 6 30 pm last Saturday the 17th I got there. Right before they left my mother in law said they wouldn't be home until about 12 30 and asked if that would be okay. Well about 1 am they finally got home. 2 minutes after they came inside the door bell rang. My mother in law asked me to get it and said it was probably Schadie getting home from work. So I open the door and there was Sheldon! BEST SURPRISE EVER!

Turns out they didn't even have a work party and had been hanging out at Sheldon's grandmas until it was time to get him from the airport and his sister was with them lol. I had NO idea they were planning it.

It has been so nice getting these extra 2 days with him. :) Marley wont leave his side it is so cute. So I can honestly say I am one happy girl.
