9/11/11

This weekend has been all about remembering 9/11/01. I think this year it hit home more than it ever has with Sheldon joining the Army and watching Jeff do the color/honor guard for the special ceremony in Sandy at the Healing Fields. It was really nice to go see the ceremony and the new statue. After the ceremony I went to the baby shower for Ange.  It was nice to see Mindy again and FINALLY get to see Jaylynn and Jess. :)

Since Marley spent the weekend at Sheldon's dad and stepmom's house we were able to go out last night just the 2 of us. So we decided to hit the fair. I forgot how expensive it is, but it was fun to just go and relax.

It was a GREAT weekend and wish it could last longer.

Tubes

Yesterday Marley got tubes in her ears. About 15 minutes before they took her back they gave her some medicine to help her fall asleep easier. She got really drowsy and started getting really silly. Once they took her back it only took the doctor about 10 minutes then they were done. After she woke up the nurse gave her a popsicle and as she was eating it she was grawling like a lion. It was really funny.

This is the only picture we got. it was right before they took her back to do the surgery. I wish we would have had the video camera because she was being so funny.

Cousins

Marley and London LOVE to play together. Every time they are playing they spend about half the time hugging each other and Marley tries to copy everything Londons does. Its so cute. I love these two so much :)
